What dos the social media buzz work "engagement" mean? How is this similar/different from traditional interpersonal communication and relationships? What are three best practices for SMC engagement and networking?
Social Engagement is " building relationships, having great customer service, and attracting people to you through conversations and great content"
In other words Social Engagement is the connection to others through social media. This is different han than interpersonal relationships becasue you can be communicating without the physical aspect. You can also articulate ideas differntley. Instead of having to express and idea though verbal workds social media forces you to think before you speak.
